Major Crimes:
09-02517; Fraudulent use of Credit Card / Fraudulent Use of Personal Identification; Port Royal Jewelers, 623 5th Ave S; Paul Heffner reported that some unknown person used his credit card number to make a purchase on 10/28 in the amount of $9,540.00.
09-02519; Grand Theft; 100 block 17th Ave S; Derrell Harris reported that two pieces of jewelry valued at $9,000.00 were stolen from the listed address sometime between 10/26 & 11/24.
09-02520; Grand Theft; 1770 9th St. N; Store management reported the theft of merchandise from a display rack. The theft occurred 11/04/2009 at approximately 2:45pm by an unknown Hispanic male.
09-02521; Grand Theft; 699 5th Ave S; Philip McCabe reported that 15 empty beer kegs were stolen from the back of the business at approximately 3:00pm. The kegs were valued at $450.00.
Arrest:
09-02518; Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell / Manufacture / Deliver, Possession of Paraphernalia, Dispensing Marijuana to Person(s) under 18yoa; 350 10th St. N; Cadwaller Martin, 27, of Naples was arrested after detectives observed him with a 17yoa female juvenile smoking marijuana behind an apartment building. When confronted, detectives located marijuana and paraphernalia in his possession. The juvenile was also arrested for possession of marijuana.
09-02523; D.U.I. 850 9St. N; Anthony Ciccone, 42, of Riverview Fl. was arrested following a traffic stop.
09-02522; D.U.I. 2100 9St. N. Todd Ruzsa, 48, of Coral Springs Fl. was arrested following a traffic stop.
