09-02554; Identity Theft; 100 block 3rd St N; Robert Wheeler reported that someone used his identity via an online application to open a bank account in his name.
Arrest:
09-01727; Petit Theft (Felony); 141 9th St. N; Ian Cummings, 30, of Naples was arrested following an investigation into fraudulent returns of merchandise at Ace Hardware on which occurred on 7/7/09 & 7/9/09.
09-02556; Uttering Worthless Checks / Grand Theft; 811 Anchor Rd; Christel Palma, 31, of Naples was arrested at First National Bank after she attempted to cash a worthless check in the amount of $585.00.
09-02567; Retail Theft; 2076 9St. N. Desiree Zervas, 20, of Naples, was arrested after she concealed merchandise and attempted to leave without paying.
