09-02930; Unarmed Robbery; 100 block Jasmine Circle; Two male victims advised that several young males, ripped their gold chains from their necks, and struck one of the victims on the head.
Arrest:
09-02927; Petit Theft(Retail); 2000 9th St N; Marisol Licourt, 31, was arrested after she concealed merchandise and attempted to leave the store.
