09-02933; Leaving the Scene of a Crash (Property Damage) / Obstructing Justice; 1100 Block of 7Av. N. Christopher Bell, 19, of Naples was arrested after he fled the scene of a traffic crash with property damage. Defendant Bell also resisted officers’ efforts to affect this arrest after being located.
09-02934; Carrying a Concealed Weapon; 400 block of 11St. N. Thomas Charles, 45, was arrested after officers found him in possession of a concealed weapon while on a stop at this location.
