Major Crimes:
09-02953; Grand Theft; 623 5th Ave S (Port Royal Jewelers); An Employees reported that at about 1:30PM an unknown white male ran from the store while in possession of a diamond ring.
09-02958; Grand Theft; 399 9th St. N (NCH Wellness Center); Victim reported that his wallet was stolen from a locker.
09-02960; Burglary (Residential), Grand Theft; 1600 block Chesapeake Ave; Victim advised that between 1000-2230 hrs on 12/28/2009, her locked apartment was entered (no force) and her flat screen TV was stolen.
Arrest:
09-02961; Warrant (VOP); 300 block South Golf Drive; Max Riley Beaudreau, 20, of Tallahassee was arrested after officers discovered he had two active warrants for Violation of Probation.
