10-00305; Trespass after Warning; 860 7th Avenue North. Richard Simpson, 36, of Naples was arrested after officers witnessed him trespassing after warning at 860 7Av. N. (7-11). Richard Simpson fled the scene running after being noticed by officers and was found hiding shortly after in some bushes near the area.
