10-00316; Grand Theft Auto; 2nd Ave S (Beach End); Victim reported that her 2001 Volkswagen Passat was stolen from the listed location sometime between 10:00am & 10:20am.
10-00323; Aggravated Battery; 1000 block 3rd Ave N; Victim reported that at approximately 2320 hrs on 02/08/10, a friend struck him in the head with a beer bottle.
Arrests:
10-00320; Battery / Disorderly Intoxication; 300 block 6th St. S; Tyler Briggs, 35, of the listed address was arrested after he attacked and battered the victim for no apparent reason.
10-00325; Warrant Arrest/VOP for Petit Theft; 1000 block 6th Lane N; Arthur Kenneth Thomas, 58, of Delray Beach, was arrested after officers responded to the above address reference a dispute.
